A working group comprising volunteers from the professional dance community, formed to advocate for the welfare, rights and sustainable careers of professional dance artists and educators in Singapore. We aim to build alliances and address shared concerns across the many fields of dance, including Contemporary dance, Chinese dance, Indian dance, Malay dance, Ballet, Jazz and Street Dance.
A bi-monthly workshop series in partnership with Dance Nucleus Singapore for professional and pre-professional dancers on survival skills for a sustainable dance career. Topics include strategies for making ends meet, dance injury management, creativity in dance education, getting your work staged, navigating the grant systems and budgeting tools.
